Signorelli, Jacklyn

Jacklyn Signorelli focuses her practice on defending businesses and other commercial entities in the areas of products liability, premises liability, and general liability.

Before joining McDonald Toole Wiggins, P.A., Jacklyn graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she was a recipient of the Governor’s Scholarship—a full-tuition merit-based award. While in law school, she served as a teaching assistant for Trial Practice, a member of the University of Florida Veterans and Service Members Legal Clinic, and the President of the Association of Public Interest Law. Additionally, she gained valuable civil litigation experience working as a law clerk throughout her studies.

Before law school, she worked full-time while completing her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University.

When not immersed in work-related activities, she enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family.

Williams, Austin M.

Austin M. Williams practices in the areas of products liability, premises liability and general personal injury defense. Before joining McDonald Toole Wiggins, P.A. as an attorney, Austin Williams worked for a medical malpractice firm in Orlando, FL.

In 2022, Austin graduated cum laude from Florida A&M university College of Law. Prior to earning her J.D., Austin received his Bachelor of Artis in Political Science, from the University of South Florida with a minor in English.

In his free time, Austin enjoys spending time with his friends and family, staying active outdoors, and honing his culinary skills.

Nolander, Jennifer E.

Jennifer Nolander practices in the areas of products liability and premises liability. Before joining McDonald Toole Wiggins, P.A. as an attorney, Jennifer worked as a paralegal for four years at a Civil Insurance Defense firm in Orlando, FL. Prior to working as a paralegal, Jennifer lived in North Carolina where she worked as a police officer for the City of Durham, NC.

In 2021, Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from Florida A&M University College of Law, where she finished first in her class with nine book awards. Jennifer was also recognized by the Fifth District Court of Appeal as one of the top scorers on the Florida Bar Exam and asked to speak at the induction ceremony for new attorneys by the Chief Judge. Prior to earning her J.D., Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, summa cum laude, from North Carolina State University with minors in both Forensic Science and Psychology.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her friends and family and staying active outdoors!

 

Reid, Jeré D.

Jeré D. Reid was born in Brooklyn, New York and migrated to Central Florida as a teen. She graduated from Gateway High School in Kissimmee, Florida, received her bachelor’s degree in Social Science Education from the University of Central Florida, and earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law.

While in law school, Jeré served on the Student Board Association and completed a plethora of community driven initiatives in the Central Florida area.  After becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Jeré began to sharpen her legal skills as an Assistant Public Defender in Circuit 9.  As an Assistant Public Defender, Jeré gained substantial experience in prelitigation, negotiations, depositions, motion drafting, and trial practice.  Jeré is also a member of the Osceola Bar Association and serves as the association’s Public Information Officer.

When not in the office, Jeré enjoys spending time with her big, beautiful blended family, honing her graphic design skills, and volunteering her time to at-risk youth and disadvantaged populations throughout Central Florida.

 

Kegler, Philip E.

A perceptive and energetic problem solver, Philip Kegler prides himself on assisting clients with unique and complex legal issues. Philip maintains a diverse civil practice, but his work focuses primarily on representing Fortune 500 companies in product liability and personal injury litigation in state and federal courts across the United States.

While in law school, Philip represented the University of Florida in the Willem E. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot competition in Vienna, Austria, where the team received Honorable Mention recognition for its oral arguments. Philip also honed his writing skills as an editor on the Journal of Technology Law and Policy and the Florida Journal of International Law.

Ward, Tiffany M.

Tiffany Ward focuses her practice in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, product liability, and insurance litigation.

Prior to joining McDonald Toole Wiggins, P.A., Tiffany gained significant experience in her last semester in law school externing at the United States Department of Energy Office of the General Counsel working mainly in the Office of the Environment and the Office of Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property. Tiffany also interned with the Honorable Jay P. Cohen at Florida’s Fifth District Court of Appeal.

Tiffany graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she served as an editor on the Florida Law Review. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Florida.
