
Newman practices in the areas of products liability, premises liability, and general personal injury defense. Since the start of Cierra’s legal career, she has focused on defending and protecting her clients’ interests and rights. Before joining McDonald Toole Wiggins, P.A., Cierra defended employers, carriers, and servicing agents in workers’ compensation cases throughout Florida. She has also worked as an Assistant Public Defender in the 10th Judicial Circuit where she zealously advocated for her clients. Cierra gained substantial experience in taking depositions, drafting motions, and preparing for trial.
As a triple Rattler, Cierra earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Florida A&M University, as well as her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University’s College of Law.
Cierra has volunteered at the Thomas S. Kirk Juvenile Justice Center’s teen court program since her enrollment in the law magnet program at Boone High School in Orlando, Florida. In her free time, Cierra enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and watching (and rewatching) Grey’s Anatomy.
