Virginia E. Davis Horton
Virginia (Ginny) Horton is dedicated to achieving outcomes that are positive for her clients’ litigation and business goals. She defends clients in a variety of claims, including products liability, premises liability, personal injury, and insurance cases.
Prior to joining McDonald Toole Wiggins, Ginny practiced law in Washington, D.C., at a Vault 100 firm’s international arbitration group and later as a commercial litigator specializing in franchising law in a Chambers-ranked practice group. Ginny earned her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law where she worked as a teaching assistant in the Legal Research and Writing Program and won her first trial advocating for a disadvantaged tenant through the school’s Housing Clinic. Prior to attending law school, Ginny worked in sales analysis and marketing for L’Oréal in New York City.
Outside of the office, Ginny enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and volunteering at Give Kids the World Village.
