Josef C. Ghosn
Josef Ghosn focuses his practice in the areas of premises liability, products liability and civil litigation. Prior to joining McDonald Toole Wiggins P.A., he practiced at a large statewide firm, focusing on automotive matters, premises liability, and wrongful death actions.
In 2013, Josef graduated from Southern Adventist University with a major in International Studies with Italian Emphasis and a double minor in History and English, graduating cum laude. Mr. Ghosn then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2016. While in law school, Mr. Ghosn was the Editor-in-Chief of the Florida Journal of International Law and a Dean’s List scholar each year. He was also a research assistant for Professor Lyrissa Lidsky, focusing on First Amendment and Media Law, and assisted in drafting the Mass Media Law: Cases and Materials casebook. Additionally, he was an oral argument finalist in the ABA Forum on Communications Law Diversity Moot Court Competition and won the award for best brief.
Mr. Ghosn was admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 2016 and is an active member of The Florida Bar, Orange County Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar. In his spare time, he enjoys cheering on the Gators, Patriots, and Celtics, music, and traveling.
